He helps communities create actionable economic development strategies to spur growth, address challenges, inspire innovation and become more inclusive. He also has extensive experience facilitating complex community conversations, managing projects, conducting research, and supporting diverse client needs.
Dean is a Manager within the Ernst & Young LLP Global Location, Investments, Credits and Incentives practice. Dean has 20 years of economic development experience and broad knowledge of state and local incentive programs, commercial and industrial real estate, and development finance trends. His clients represent a variety of high-growth industries including automotive, aviation and defense, stationary and mobility battery manufacturing, medical and life sciences, consumer products, advanced manufacturing, logistics and distribution, and advanced business services.
Evan is a Senior Consultant within the Ernst & Young LLP Economic Development Advisory Services practice. Evan is an experienced project manager and economic development strategist, assisting communities in becoming more entrepreneurial, equitable and inclusive. He has assisted clients in positioning themselves to receive millions of dollars of investment to build out target industry clusters, transform their economies through federal funding, and ensure economic resiliency in an ever-changing landscape.
