Preparing to open after COVID?

Question:
Now that states are announcing various degrees of reopening, what are communities and economic development offices doing to prepare for reopening as well as the post-COVID economy?
Answers:
Our office remained opened throughout the "closing." We limited it to the office manager, and I would go in at night or when she was not in the office. Our office implemented many of the safety procedures outlined for essential businesses as part of our new normal, with the addition of a mask needing to be worn.
