Thor Equities, via its wholly owned platform Form8tion Data Centers, is a global data center developer. Executives from Form8tion will be speaking on the current state of the data center market, including large end-user site selection criteria and navigating the power landscape. Thor has executed multiple data center transactions with end users both in the US and EU and will be drawing on their decades of experience in the sector. Participants will gain insight into what opportunities may be possible in their jurisdictions for data center development and what the challenges will be in securing power for those sites.
Raj leads Thor’s Data Center program across the Americas, with 20+ years of leadership experience at Google and Deloitte. At Google, he drove data center acquisitions across the Americas, led global economic development initiatives, and shaped key organizational strategies. At Deloitte, he advised Fortune 500 clients on global location strategy. He holds a BA from Denison University and a JD from Notre Dame.

Faraz leads Thor Equities’ Energy Strategy and Data Center Infrastructure, bringing 18+ years of global experience in energy, sustainability, and infrastructure. He previously led Amazon’s Net Zero Grid program and held senior roles at NextEra Energy, GE, Baker Hughes, and BCG. Faraz holds engineering degrees from the University of Cambridge, completed an exchange at MIT Sloan, and is a Fellow of the Energy Institute.
