Solero Technologies expanding operations in Water Valley, MS

Jackson, Miss. (August 20, 2026) – Automotive parts manufacturer Solero Technologies is expanding its operations in Water Valley. The project represents a corporate investment of more than $14 million and will create 86 new jobs.

Solero Technologies is a leading global supplier of actuator and solenoid valve solutions for the automotive industry and other industrial sectors. The expansion includes the addition of 14 new manufacturing lines at the facility, as well as upgrades to support Solero’s production capacity. These include improvements to electrical systems, information technology infrastructure, HVAC systems, compressed air systems, roofing and flooring.

The Mississippi Development Authority is providing assistance through the Mississippi Flexible Tax Incentive, or MFLEX, program. The Yalobusha County Economic Development District is supporting the project, as well.

Solero’s Water Valley facility has been a part of the local manufacturing community since 1972 and has grown to become the company’s largest production operation globally.
