SEDC Coffee Break

Welcome to your SEDC Coffee Break, where we give members a place to go to when they need a break at any given time during the day. We curate videos and articles that are relaxing, enjoyable, informative, and lite in content and delivery, relaxing, and fun stuff to take your mind off of the difficult times we are facing now.  The length should be no more than about 15 minutes and could be a video or a similar article to read.  If you have any examples to contribute please send them to matthew@sedc.org.
