SEDC will advance foreign direct investment opportunities for the American South through a mission to Space-Comm Expo Europe, taking place February 24–25, 2027, at ExCeL London. The event brings together commercial space companies, government agencies, defense organizations and investors to explore the technologies, partnerships and investment opportunities shaping the global space economy. Featuring an international exhibition, expert-led discussions and business networking, Space-Comm connects participants with leaders across the space industry and its supply chain.

Operating as Team American South, SEDC will focus on building relationships with prospective investors and showcasing the region’s strengths in aerospace, defense and advanced manufacturing. The mission will support efforts to identify investment opportunities, strengthen international partnerships and position the 17-state American South as a destination for business expansion. SEDC delegates will have access to staff the #AmericanSouth exhibit booth, located within the American pavilion, and access to prospect meetings arranged by SEDC.
