Facilitated by Naomi Walton, Business Recruitment Manager for the City of Columbia Economic Development, this roundtable will explore how communities can identify the right industries and businesses to target based on their strengths, goals, and existing business ecosystem. Together, we’ll discuss how to assess workforce needs, identify the skills and talent pipelines required, engage partners such as universities and workforce organizations, and recognize gaps that may be creating barriers to growth.
