Stacy Romero

Stacy Romero is a seasoned leader in economic and community development, currently serving as Executive Director of the Louisiana Economic Alliance for Development (LEAD). With more than a decade of experience in chamber leadership and business advocacy, she is passionate about building strong networks, advancing professional development, and driving policy initiatives that strengthen Louisiana’s economy.

Prior to leading LEAD, Stacy served as President & CEO of the Broussard Chamber of Commerce, where she expanded member engagement and led efforts that elevated the organization’s regional impact. Known for her collaborative style and strategic vision, she continues to champion initiatives that empower local leaders and deliver meaningful results for communities across the state.
