Matt Arnold is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. He began his career in economic development in 1995 and began working at MCEDC in 2000. He was promoted to President/CEO in August 2001. He is a graduate of the University of Montevallo and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. 

He is a member of the board of directors of the Economic Development Association of Alabama and is a past board member of the Chamber of Commerce Association of Alabama. His community involvement includes past-president and Paul Harris Fellow of the Guntersville Rotary Club, United Way, the Boy Scouts of America and the First United Methodist Church of Guntersville. He is a 2002 graduate of the Marshall County Leadership Challenge and a member of Leadership Alabama (Class XVII). He currently serves as Vice-President of the University of Montevallo National Alumni Association board of directors.   He is the 2013 Recipeint of the President's Award from the North Alabama Industrial Development Association.

Matt resides in Guntersville with his wife Anjanette, two daughters, Madeline and Chloe and a son, Miller.

Mr. Fenn is the President/CEO/Economic Development Director of The Jackson County Area Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber is the lead Business and Economic Development Organization for Jackson County located in The Northeast Metro Atlanta Market. He has served as an Economic Development, Chamber of Commerce, and Downtown Development Executive for the past 13 years in Georgia Including tenures in Ware, Dodge, and Bryan Counties.

During his career Fenn has led efforts in the locations of Industrial projects including Fortune 1000 Firms Alcoa, Graphic Packaging, and Smurfit-Stone. He has also worked to locate International Firms Haier, Caesarstone and CZM to Georgia. Fenn also led efforts in the relocation for the Headquarters of The Jones Company, one of Georgia’s largest privately held firms.

A native of Atlanta and graduate of Wayne County High School, Fenn holds a B. A. in Political Science from LaGrange College. Fenn is an avid runner and hiker and resides in Jackson County, GA.

Bob is a graduated from Morehead State University, 1975. He resides in Georgetown, Ky and has been in the Lexington, Ky area for the past 30 years other than a couple of years in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Bob has been involved with marketing, sales, and public relations within the construction industry for 30 plus years. A good deal of Bob’s time has also been with the mining industry, both aggregates and coal operations in Kentucky and North Carolina. He has been with R J Corman Railroad Group for the past seven (7) years, five years as their Construction Company’s Business Manager and this past 2 years as Economic Development Manager working within the Public Relations Department. Bob’s efforts include both rail industry development and governmental relations in this position.

Bob is involved with several industry associations and business groups including, Kentuckians for Better Transportation – Rail Committee Chair, American Railroad Maintenance Engineers – Past Ballast Subcommittee Chair, State Economic Associations in the states of Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Tennessee, and Mississippi; as well as a long standing member of the Southern Economic Development Council. He is also active with American Short Line Railroad Association – Public Policy committee, along with state level rail associations in the states of Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Tennessee, and Mississippi with a focus on rail related industry development and public policy.

Rachel serves as director of business development by driving business attraction initiatives and working with state and local officials, utilities, and community foundations to communicate strengths and resources to companies and consultants seeking locations for new facilities within the nine-parish Capital Region. Originally from Bossier City, LA, Rachel earned her undergraduate degree in marketing from Louisiana Tech University. Prior to working at BRAC, Rachel was an account executive at KTAL News Channel 6-NBC in Shreveport, LA. Rachel is also a graduate of Donaldson Real Estate School and is EDFP certified. John is responsible for all the Sales & Marketing Economic Development in Barton County Missouri. Lindsay Frilling serves as Economic Development Director for the Obion County Joint Economic Development Council.   Lindsay started this position August 2009. 
Prior to joining the OCJEDC, Lindsay was the Director of Marketing and Special Events for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest Tennessee in Union City. Lindsay is also the former Customer Service Supervisor Midwest-CBK. 

Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of Tennessee at Martin and a Master of Business Administration from UTM. 
Lindsay is an active member of Tennessee Chamber of Commerce Executives, Tennessee Economic Partnership, and Southern Economic Development Council and currently serves on the board of directors for all three organizations. Lindsay is a graduate of TN Chamber Institute and will completed her Institute for Organization Management accreditation from US Chamber Institute in June 2014.  

She is a graduate of the 2012 TVA Rural Economic Development Leadership class, 2011 WestStar Leadership class, 2005 Adult Leadership Obion County class.  Upon graduation, she was selected to serve on the Adult Leadership Obion County board, where she is a past President.  Lindsay served as President of Main Street Union City after joining the board in 2007.  Lindsay has been a member of the Union City J’Cettes since 2001.  She has held several offices including President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.  Lindsay also dedicates time to Discovery Park of America, Chimes for Charity, CornFest, United Way, and the Boys and Girls Club.

Lisa serves as the Director of Marketing and Recruiting for the Martinsville-Henry County Economic Development Corporation. Although a native of the Northern VA area, Lisa has made Martinsville-Henry County her home for the past 23 years. She is a graduate of Lynchburg College, and holds an MBA from Averett University. Lisa is a 2013 alum of the LEAD VA program.

Mark has been in the economic development industry for 24 years. He has served as Executive Director for the Roane County Development Authority for 17 years and the Jackson County Development Authority for 11 years.  Prior to that, he served various roles for the state of West Virginia including Manager of Federal Programs.  He is responsible for new business recruitment and existing business retention in Jackson and Roane County, West Virginia. He serves on the board of directors for the West Virginia Economic Development Corporation, and many other organizations including Chamber of Commerce, Main Street, Rotary and the Jackson County Visitors and Convention bureau.    Mark has published economic development articles in trade publications including ED Review and has taught a section of Community Development Authority  course offered by University of Charleston and West Virginia University.
