2010 ETA/EDA Regional Conference
The Southeast Workforce and Economic Development Conference

The Atlanta Regional Offices of the Economic Development Administration and DOL’s Region 3 - Employment and Training Administration have joined to host the 2010 Southeast Regional Workforce and Economic Development Conference. This year’s theme is Beyond the Storms – Achieving Competitiveness in a Changing World and will feature topical presentations by subject matter experts and policy makers.
The purpose of the conference is to present best practices and contemporary thinking on building competitive and resilient regional economies that are based on innovation, diversification and entrepreneurship. The conference agenda is again being planned for high-level content that will benefit public and private sector leaders from local governments and in workforce, economic development and strategic planning.
